Harmony Grove UMC will begin holding in-church worship services on Sept. 13th, 2020.

There will only be one in-church service on Sundays at 11am, and services will continue to be streamed via FaceBook, and posted on YouTube.

We ask that you Sign-up to let us know that you will be attending in-church service through the Sign-up Genius link  Please sign up no earlier than 2 weeks prior to the Sunday you want to attend and no latter than the Saturday evening before attending.  Guidelines and recommendations for entering the sanctuary, wearing of masks, and social distancing are listed in the information on the Sign-up Genius page, and the ushers will direct you for safe entry, seating, and exiting of the in-church service.

Knowing the number of people that will be attending assists us in making sure we have the ushers and materials needed for timely and safe in-church service entrance, participation, and exit. A list of those attending is also required to be maintained per guidelines established by the CDC and the North Georgia Conference during this time of COVID-19.

By using the Sign-up Genius link, you will be sent a reminder about attending, and we will have your contact email and information to notify you if the service for some reason needs to be cancelled.

As we begin to phase back in to having worship services in the sanctuary these procedures and requirements may change to reflect adjustments in the recommendations of the CDC and the North Georgia Conference.

Thank you,

HGUMC Health and Welfare Committee
